Cancellation and Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
At Jordans AE, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size. We are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- If the exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong size, a fee of 50 AED will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at whatsapp with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
3. Return Policy
We only accept returns if the item is damaged or for other valid reasons. All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you receive a damaged item or have a valid reason for returning it, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a return and refund or replacement.
